Secure Data may sign confidentiality agreements if requested; the terms of those agreements may reinforce this agreement but will not supersede this agreement unless they contain an explicit statement to this effect. We maintain a strict non-disclosure agreement, and all of our employees and vendors comply with this agreement.

Mobile Analytics and Notifications
We send you push notifications from time-to-time in order to update you about any events or promotions that we may be running. To ensure you receive proper notifications, we will need to collect certain information about your device such as operating system and user identification information.
We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and from where the application was downloaded. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile application.
Information Related to Data Collected by our Clients
Secure Data collects information under the direction of its clients and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our clients. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Secure Data’s client (the data controller).
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our clients for as long as needed to provide services to our clients. Secure Data will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Our blog is managed by a third-party application that may require you to register to post a comment. We do not have access or control of the information posted to the blog. You will need to contact or login into the third-party application if you want the personal information that was posted to the comments section removed. Social Media Widgets
Our websites include social media features, such as Facebook and Twitter buttons and Widgets including the Share button and interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
Children
Our websites and service offerings are not directed toward individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in the country in which they reside, if less than 18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework
Secure Data complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Secure Data has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF. Secure Data has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland. If there is any conflict between this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the applicable Principles shall govern. Secure Data is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the DPF, and any subsequent transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Secure Data complies with the DPF Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Secure Data’s compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and Swiss-U.S. DPF. In certain situations, Secure Data may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Secure Data commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF to TRUSTe, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your DPF Principles-related complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your DPF Principles-related complaint to your satisfaction, please visit https://feedback-form.truste.com/watchdog/request for more information or to file a complaint. Secure Data may change or update this privacy policy as needed. Most changes are for additional clarity and will not affect the quality of our services.
