SecureRecovery for Windows

SecureRecovery® Data Recovery Software for Windows and Mac

Losing data can be devastating, and recovering it can be expensive. Before taking your computer or storage media to a professional for in-lab recovery service, try our robust tool, SecureRecovery®  Data Recovery for Windows and Mac.

This easy-to-use utility is designed to recover files that have been deleted, reformatted, corrupted, or won’t open. The software works by analyzing the selected drive and searching for corrupted or deleted files. It provides a list of files able to be recovered. Then, it rebuilds the data for the selected files and creates a new copy to the designated folder, allowing you to open the new file.

The demo version will provide a list of all the data that can be recovered so you know exactly what to expect. If you are satisfied with the list, you can purchase a licence for full recovery of avaliable files.

Features

As one of the best data recovery tools available, SecureRecovery® is both effective and easy to use. You can download, install, and run the software using a free trial.

SecureRecovery® works for deleted, corrupted, or reformatted files and can recover files from deleted or damaged partitions, and files from bad sectors.

Before recovering files, SecureRecovery® analyzes the condition of your media and lets you know whether running a software-based recovery is safe. Our tool can create a binary image of the media and load an image for recovery.

Users will also benefit from the following features:

  • User-friendly interface
  • Ability to try before you buy
  • Comprehensive algorithms for data analysis and recovery
  • Advanced file search
  • Preview of recoverable files and estimate of recovery probability
  • Media health analysis
  • Media imaging support
  • Multiple file recovery

SecureRecovery® Data Recovery software also works to recover compressed, encrypted files and alternative data streams from NTFS partitions. It can also recover files that were deleted from the Recycle bin on Windows and from the Trash bin on Mac.

Limitations:

SecureRecovery® is designed to address logical-level corruption and cannot recover data from devices that are physically damaged. When using this software, make sure you do not install the software on the media being recovered or store the recovered files on that media. Some data might be unrecoverable; try the demo version first to make sure SecureRecovery® will work for you.

Chances of success vary depending on the situation. For instance, data written to the media after the initial damage or corruption makes the original data more difficult to recover.

I have covered several drives here in the past and to be fair some of these are quite the kit with James Bond ringing about them and this one is no different but it has a trick up its sleeve compared to others when it comes to the tech aspect.
